We offer half-day and full-day workshops, multi-session group trainings, and motivational and educational speaking on a wide variety of topics.

OVERHAULING YOUR OVERWHELM

The keys to overhauling overwhelm are developing awareness of true resources and limitations, building systems of efficiency, and trading willpower for wisdom. We can help you assess your team for key areas of underutilized strengths as well as identifying how compensation attempts have created more problems than solutions. We focus on executive functioning (cognitive) and communication skills, along with your specific areas of concern. We can help your individual team members reduce their own sense of overwhelm and develop group dynamics and procedures to promote job satisfaction (and tenure) and avoid burnout.  

STRENGTHENING TEAMS IN COLLABORATION & SELF-SUPPORT

By focusing on your team as individuals and group members, we can help you improve individual work performance and output as well as efficiency and cooperation at the team level. We will also help your group develop their primary communication and collaboration skills, as well as assess and improve current group dynamics, hierarchy, and conflict resolution strategies. 

RESOURCING YOUR “HUMAN” RESOURCES

We don’t mean your HR department; we’re talking about building vitality and stress resilience for every individual on your team. After determining your group’s biggest areas of depletion, we’ll offer you training in building lasting physical, mental, and emotional resilience, improved tolerance for effort, distress, and frustration, and cognitive, emotional, and relational “hardiness.” We can give you personalized recommendations for both building motivation at work and recovering energy outside the office.

When you’re rocking it at work, home life can suffer (and vice versa). Are you dropping the ball at work or missing your kid’s recitals? Are you struggling to meet your own or your boss’ expectations and standards? We’ll help you identify your barriers, set boundaries, reinvent routines, and develop balance to emotionally engage, feel personally rejuvenated, and maximize performance at work.

STRESS MANAGEMENT & SELF CARE
(10 sessions)

Stress can come from work, relationships, financial pressures, or anything that poses a real or perceived challenge or threat to your well-being. We’ll help you identify and implement effective coping strategies to proactively manage your stress levels and establish self-care practices to enhance your mental health.

VALUES-BASED PARENTING
(12 sessions)

Parenting is hardly a straight line and navigating it effectively can be tough. As a parent, of course you would like to see yourself and your kids living according to your values. And it would be great to have kids who behave well and contribute to a warm, effective family environment with minimal chaos, right? We’ll help you manage your time, maximize current successes, and implement new strategies that are congruent with your values and your family’s needs.

You’ll learn to rescript your thinking and build skills for success in any area of life – work, stress, relationships, motivation, you name it.  Your coach can assess your areas of strength along with your growth edges and put the pieces together to help you find workable, lasting solutions quickly.

 PERSONALIZED COACHING
(Teens & Young adults ages 13-18)

Adolescence is a period of transition that can create confusion, anxiety, a desire for independence, struggles to control impulses, and lack of motivation. Personalized life coaching for your teen can provide clarity, motivation, accountability, support, and knowledge.

This mentoring relationship is solution-focused (which means that we teach the skills and provide resources to set future goals). Your child will be inspired to maximize their personal and professional potential!
